The Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Equatorial sets the order of mutual exchange and treatment of secret information, regulates the visits of state representatives, determines the authorized bodies in charge of implementation of the Agreement, tackles procedural issues, etc.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Parties shall protect the received and common information pursuant to the domestic law, standards of information security and this Agreement.
According to the Agreement, secret information received from one Party is not given to the third Party without a written consent of the Party-Source.
Furthermore, the authorized bodies shall present contractual actions for the protection of shared secret information.
The subjects of the Agreement are state power bodies, enterprises, establishments and organizations that conduct activity connected with the state secret according to the legislation of Ukraine, and are permitted to transfer the secret information to the international partner.
The order of the information exchange enables authorized bodies in Ukraine and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to provide the state supervision over the observance of the domestic law in the process of secret information exchange.
